Terms of Use

The operator (the “operator”) of games.suzukey.me (the “Service”) establishes these Terms of Use (the “Terms”) to set out the conditions for using the Service.
Users agree to these Terms when using the Service.

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms apply to all relationships between users and the operator concerning use of the Service.
Conditions for individual features and paid services are displayed in the Service or on purchase screens.

The handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Article 2 (Registration)

The Service provides games that can be used without an account and features that require registration.
Users of features requiring registration must register using the method designated by the operator.

When using an external authentication service, that provider's terms also apply.
Users must not provide false registration information or impersonate others.

Article 3 (Use by minors)

Minors must obtain consent from their legal representative, such as a parent or guardian, before using features that involve payment.

These Terms do not restrict cancellation rights or other rights granted to minors by applicable law.

Article 4 (Account management)

Users are responsible for appropriately managing their account information and devices.

Game progress, drafts, and other data stored on a device may not transfer to another device and may be lost if site data is cleared or otherwise becomes unavailable.

Article 5 (Prohibited conduct)

Users must not engage in:

  • Conduct that violates law or public order and morals
  • Criminal conduct, fraud, or conduct that encourages either
  • Infringement of other users' or third parties' copyright, trademarks, privacy, or other rights
  • Impersonation, harassment, discrimination, defamation, threats, or unauthorized disclosure of personal information
  • Submission of illegal content, sexual exploitation, explicit sexual content, or excessively violent content
  • Unauthorized access, bypassing access permissions, exploiting vulnerabilities, or manipulating game results
  • Excessive automated access, spam, or other conduct that disrupts operations or other users' use of the Service

Article 6 (User content)

Users must hold the rights or permissions necessary to store, publish, and distribute text and images submitted to their profiles. Profiles listed in sponsor introductions are visible to other users.

Article 7 (Changes to the Service)

The operator may change, add, interrupt, or discontinue the Service for maintenance, failures, security, or other operational reasons.

Changes or closure that materially affect users will be announced in advance through the Service where possible.
Emergency action may be announced afterward.

Article 8 (Paid services and payments)

The Service offers sponsor plans as paid services.
Fees, contents, payment methods, payment timing, and other conditions for paid services are displayed in the Service or on purchase screens.

Payments are processed through Stripe.

Sponsor plans renew automatically until canceled under the conditions shown when subscribing.
Users may cancel through the subscription management screen provided by the Service before the next renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

Deleting an account automatically cancels its sponsor subscription and ends its benefits immediately, without a prorated refund. Account deletion does not complete unless cancellation is confirmed. If a later step fails, the subscription may already be canceled; users must sign in again and retry account deletion.

The Service displays advertisements.
Each plan's description explains benefits such as ad removal and the conditions for receiving them.

Article 9 (Refunds and cancellation)

Payments are not refunded for a user's change of mind, except where required by law.
Cancellation during a period does not result in a prorated refund.

Refunds, cancellation rights, and other remedies provided by law remain available, including for duplicate charges or non-performance attributable to the operator.

Article 10 (Intellectual property)

Copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property relating to the Service belong to the operator or the relevant rights holders.
Users must not use them without permission except within the scope permitted by the Service or applicable law.

Rights in user content remain with the submitting user or the original rights holder.
Users grant the operator non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to store, reproduce, display, distribute, and convert submissions into formats necessary for those purposes, only to the extent needed to provide the Service.

Article 11 (Disclaimers)

The operator does not guarantee completeness, accuracy, operation on every device, uninterrupted availability, or permanent data storage.

The operator is responsible under applicable law for damage attributable to the operator.
These Terms do not restrict rights provided by Japan's Consumer Contract Act or other applicable law.

Article 12 (Suspension and account removal)

Users may delete their account in Account settings. Information retained after deletion is handled under the Privacy Policy.

The operator may remove submissions, restrict use of the Service, or suspend or remove accounts as necessary to address violations of these Terms, rights infringements, or security issues.\

Please send reports of problematic submissions or rights infringements, including the relevant URL and details, to the email address listed on the contact page.

Article 13 (Changes to these Terms)

The operator may change these Terms in accordance with law where the change benefits users generally, or is consistent with the purpose of the contract and reasonable in light of its necessity, substance, and other circumstances.

The changes and their effective date will be announced through the Service by that date.
Changes requiring individual consent by law will apply only after that consent is obtained.

Article 14 (Governing law and jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by Japanese law.
Unless applicable law provides otherwise, the Nagoya District Court or Nagoya Summary Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over disputes concerning the Service.

Article 15 (Severability and non-waiver)

If any provision of these Terms or part of a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
Failure by the operator to exercise a right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
